Elizabeth Raymond will serve as Head of Business Operations bringing 15 years of entrepreneurial leadership, business development and operational experience to the firm.
Prior to joining W Financial Advisors, Elizabeth co-founded a consumer-packaged goods company in 2011 and led its business development as the company grew from an early-stage concept to a nationally distributed brand with a presence in major retailers. Throughout her tenure, she gained extensive experience in strategic growth, relationship development, fundraising, partnerships, and building the systems and processes needed to support a growing organization.
Her entrepreneurial career also included participation in several business development and accelerator programs, including Community Investment Collaborative, SKU Accelerator, and Project W: Women in Entrepreneurship.
At W Financial Advisors, Elizabeth focuses on business operations and strategic growth initiatives, helping build the infrastructure, relationships, and processes that support the firm’s continued growth and client service.
Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
